"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Capri in Sorrento. Great location, walking distance from the train station and to the historical section of town. We had a lovely, airy, light-filled room that overlooked the pool area. All the staff was so delightful, helpful and caring. Restaurant recommendations were delicious. Day trips to Pompeii and Capri were very enjoyable. Hotel management also kindly and seamlessly arranged for transport to the Naples airport for an early flight. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "The hotel is clean and well maintained and very centrally located. Check-in was hassle free and we received a phone call an hour after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was well maintained with a tasteful and minimal Mediterranean aesthetic. I love that every room has a balcony and jaw dropping view. The staff here are the stars of the show. For breakfast the buffet is excellent and one of the servers, Eleanora was absolutely exceptional. She is kind and sweet and does everything with a smile and efficiency. I also had dinner at the restaurant and our server, Giuseppe, really gave a 5 star dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the caliber of food and service in the restaurant. "
