"The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing. "

"We came down from Flagler county to celebrate our anniversary. The room was a little small but had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The view was tremendous. I would stay again. The only suggestion i would have would be to get room darkening curtains as the sun blasts in there in the morning. Otherwise everything was great"

"This vacation rental was a very clean and comfortable cube of paradise. It is not a large place, but it definitely has all the amenities necessary to enjoy yourself, with great location on the ocean and a spectacular view. It is only about 13 minutes from Daytona Speedway and the airport. I would definitely recommend this unit for its affordable pricing, cleanliness, location and of course view."

"A pleasant stay it was clean & fairly quiet. Condo owner was accommodating & easy to work with. The room was exactly what was published and the pool was newly refinished. The first impression when we walked in the lobby was a little weird with hand written poster size notes on the inside of the building across from the front desk, it took our attention from everything else and was. "The view was awesome! I love that they have a little breakfast nook and kitchen where you can enjoy the view as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. I wish there had been cooking oil on site but I'm sure it just depends on what is there at any given time so I would check what they have before totally settling in if you plan to cook there. "We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. "The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you.
