"Staying in the iconic Castle Hotel in Berwick is very convenient and close to the train staion and the town. Highly recommended if you travel by train. The hotel staff is friendly and provides free cold breakfast or charged hot breakfast. The room is clean daily and the little downside is the little drainage smell inside the room but not affected the 5 star experience."

"Nice easy location for Lindisfarne. Good menu, but seems to be the same one at each of this group of hotels. Decent sized room, with tea and biscuits supplied. Bed and pillows a little too firm for my liking, but some people may prefer them this way."

The room, Lindesfarne, (No4) was superbly furnished and the view was all we expected. Cant fault it. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was of a high quality.
