"The night manager was extremely helpful. We checked in late (11pm). My wife found a roach by the coffee maker but we couldn’t take a picture or smash it before it disappeared. We went downstairs to report this, and she promptly got us another room while being very apologetic. She also got us some plastic utensils so we could eat some yogurt before turning in after a long drive."

"Stayed 2 nights in this lovely park. Cabins are ok but a bit rundown! Fun & enthusiastic staff all over the park Great place to start an early tour or a hike."

"The staff was great. Very professional and kind. However, the suite that we stayed with my family of 3 kids were very dirty. The pull out couch that I planned to sleep at was dirty and I ended up sleeping with 2 of my kids in one of the queen beds. The showers constantly leaked water and the tub was dirty with brown pieces on the floor. The lights in the bathroom flickered constantly. Breakfast was basic but the coffee machine was nice. Again, great staff that I spoke to but the room was not the best."
