"The place was surprisingly clean and modern the AC worked the ice machine worked although we did end up finding a cockroach in the ice machine ice. however that did not bother us all too much we just didn’t use the ice cockroaches are a part of the south. out of all of the horrible reviews that you read you can rest assure that this place is worth the $60 that they charge. "Room was basic but clean, very friendly and helpful front desk. Rose was a delight and pleasant to talk to. Didn’t use the pool. The outside is a little worn and dated. Parking was ample and the proximity to the Jennings airport (where I was working) was optimal with a back gate access to the motel "
