"This condo was perfect for our family's trip to Grand Haven. It had two bedrooms on the 3rd floor (my husband and I in one room and the kids down the hall in the other), a living area and kitchen on the second, and an extra bedroom on the ground floor for my mother-in-law. This provided us plenty of space. It was very modern and clean. The only two things I would note (though it didn't bother us) was that it is 2 flights of stairs to get to the top, and there isn't much available in the kitchen...
