Die Lage ist zentral, sehr nah an Bus-Bahh- Verbindung, Supermarkt und sw, als Nachteil ist natĂŒrlich etwas lauter. Die Bahngleisen sind ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Gutes WLAN , leider kein TV."

Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht fußlĂ€ufig an die Promenade und den See zu gelangen, ebenso in unmittelbarer Umgebung verschiedene Gastronomie, Cafe, Eisdiele und BĂ€cker. Im Park hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Abenteuerspielplatz mit allem was ein Kinderherz begehrt. Nachteilig empfanden wir die Gleise zwischen Promenade und den HĂ€usern."
