My stay was everything I was hoping for. Check in was done very fluidly without delay, done very proficiently. The person who did all the work was extremely knowledgeable and informative . My room was very clean, quiet and easy to go in and out . I always liked staying in older hotels , and the Grand Eastonian has that special charm and grandeur ( including service) we love about reliving those wonderful bygone days !

Wow, room was huge! It must have been an apartment/condo prior because our room had a large, full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, walk in closet, separate bedroom space w/ beautiful hardwood floors except bedroom. We used the warm, indoor pool and did have a nice gym but didn’t use. Plus cafe and free parking. Walking distance to waterfront and shopping downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

We stayed for one night with our children and the staff was warm and welcoming. Hotel room, pool area, and gym were all clean and as expected. The ceiling to our room had the unfinished/old-time vibe which I wasn't a specific fan of, but might be OK for others. Parking was a gated lot right next to the hotel which was great as the hotel was walkable to our destinations (Crayola and State Theatre). Plenty of restaurants and shops if you walk down the main street. The coffee shop attached to the hotel opens early and has great coffee/food, but unfortunately closes around 2pm. If we ever come back to Easton we would stay here again.

I went to check in and I had my receipt and confirmation number but they could not find me in their system and stated it was cancelled which I had cancelled one of my reservations but that one was not paid for. I even got a message stating I was confirmed and they couldn’t wait to have me at the property. The front desk person called I believe the manager and they did nothing for me, they didn’t have anymore rooms of what I had PAID for all they had was a suite or a 2 King bed room. They never offered me anything all they said was to get with Expedia and get a refund… I will NEVER stay here!!

This hotel is a GEM

This is a gem of a stay. It is incredibly peaceful overlooking the town with the Delaware River and three bridges just a short walk away. Fantastic restaurants.

Cozy & comfortable

Cozy room with a jacuzzi tub made up fir a long, rainy commute. Love that the gum & pool are so clise to one another. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed

Beautiful, spacious and very clean room. Bed and pillows were ery comfy, and I'm pretty picky about both. Great location and really enjoyed being able to walk around Easton. Got to catch a market behind the hotel before check out. Great restaurants and theater nearby. Hotel, staff, and surroundings were great. Would definitely go back!

The staff was very helpful. The bed mattress needs to be replaced. The windows and sidewalks needs to be cleaned.ash tray was convenient but needs to cleaned and scrubbed. Need a channel guide in the rooms.
