"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests. "The hotel room had no air conditioning nor any television in the rooms. There was a heat wave during our stay and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The window only opened slightly. Also the hotel advertised an airport shuttle but did not actually offer the service."
