"Overall We were very happy with the room. We were pleased to find there was a parking space available when we arrived and were happy with the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we would like to highlight is that the bathroom shower contained two bottles of hair wash and one conditioner. There was no body wash provided, which was a bit odd to us. Other than that everything was in good order."

"Nice hotel and this was my second stay. On both occasions I booked a superior room with runway view which incurs an extra charge. As with the first stay the runway was completely obscured by T1 multi storey car park. Don't waste your money! Room was extremely warm and the aircon non effective. Ice machines are located on each floor but rooms have no ice buckets. Bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. I will be trying out other airport hotels in future."

"All change at the Buxton Crescent, so be careful what is and isn't included in your booking. Have stayed here many times B&B to take advantage of the Pools and to some extent, Spa facilities. After the takeover by Champneys, access to these is no longer included if you book through a third party or if you only book B&B with the hotel directly. Then there's a charge of £40pp to access pool and spa. Which seems steep to me. To access pool and spa within your booked price, you need to book dinner, and B&B directly with the hotel. Hope that's helpful. As a reminder, it remains a great hotel in a great location - which is why we've stayed several times before. May need to reconsider future occasions though."

"5 mins walk from the train station. Lovely room and very nice meal in the restaurant! Perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. Good value too! "

"Room spacious and amenities were great. Had to book a slot for swimming. The menu for the bar/restaurant is limited and I personally wouldnt eat there again due to this. Both evenings friday / Saturday there was only one member of staff on the bar which caused delays so would have been better if they had more staff on but appreciate there was events on both nights. This does cause parking to become a nightmare. However overall the cleanliness of the room, how friendly staff are and proximity to the festival retail park means I would return."
