Firstly, every single staff member was pleasant, helpful and truly amazing. This country endured a horrendous hurricane and most of this resort was closed for repair. They recently opened with short staff and those people gave us topnotch attention, smiles jokes and energy. Beds were comfortable, ease of check in and check out. Property is so large you need to be carted to the parking. Drinks weren’t bad , you have a top shelf option, food wasn’t bad but resorts have to cater to EVERYONE so diets etc. but their options were vast. Great stay can’t wait for the family side to open so I can take the kids

A beautiful hotel , lovely staff, all around fun

The place was beautiful except for the beach area. Too many rocks and not very good for a walk without shoes. Food was good; staff were cheerful.

If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself was a three bedroom two bathroom home clean and nicely decorated. There's also a washing machine.AC in the bedrooms and lots of fans in the rest of the house. The only thing I would say is there is no front desk so read the instructions they send shortly before your stay and call or text via whats App if you need to get in touch. Communication can be a little slow since its not a 24hr desk setup so get in touch early to clarify anything. The caretaker were very accommodating to our requests and we will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!
