"Great check in experience - had sent a message to property through Expedia reservation and needed a cot. Hotel staff had not received message, but very quickly were able to get a cot to our room and offered to help arrange furniture due to tight fit. Also very kid friendly service - free freezies for kids with token during stay."

"I like the property because it was a great spot to explore the area of Picton. The hotel staff was very accommodating, the property it self was above my expectations. My reason for saying that “ some of the reviews were not great. Overall “ my husband and I were very impressed. We will be back.. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends."
