"It was absolutely beautiful , the lodge was spotlessly cleaned and we were speechless at the beautiful lake view right in front of our lodge , couldn’t of asked for anything more "

"Easy check in - Friendly staff -Superior room was large with view over the lake and came with table and 2 chairs as well as the usual dressing table ,wardrobe etc. Room servicing - cleaning etc was by request only but did not find this a problem Overall a pleasant experience"

"Excellent location that is central to most attractions. Building was under renovation but it didn’t cause us any inconvenience. Free upgrade was very welcome and staff are friendly and efficient. The only downside to our stay in this wonderful hotel was the breakfast given most of the cooked food was Luke warm to cold."

The breakfast was very nice and the service throughout the stay was definitely 5*. Would recommend and will be returning in the future. "

"The staff were all wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The lady who was on the night time reception was just amazing! Because of the staff, I would book again. Yes, the hotel badly needs refurbished, but renovations were being done. I look forward to seeing the place when they are completed. Breakfast was good. "
