In the heart of the resort of La Foux allos, at the foot of the ski slopes: for rent all seasons: 41mÂČ apartment equipped for 8 people. Ideally located, this apartment offers two closed cabin areas with each 2 bunk beds, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher ...), living room with loft bed 2 beds + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets separated. Facing south, it offers a balcony with open views. A great asset of this apartment: it is located less than 30m from the snow front and the start of the slopes, at the foot of the shops. Ideal for families.

Gros potentiel pour cet appartement extrĂȘmement bien situĂ© (Ă  quelques mĂštres des pistes). Malheureusement il mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre fortement rafraichi. Les chaises sont cassĂ©s, une fuite dans la cuisine, des murs abimĂ©s, des matelas non adpatĂ©s et un clic clac trĂšs peu confortable.

APPARTEMENT NON ENTRETENU , sale , chaise cassĂ©, canapĂ© lit tissu tachĂ© d’arĂ©oles blanchĂątres đŸ€” PROBLÈME DE PLOMBERIE identifiĂ© par les propriĂ©taires la semaine avant notre arrivĂ©e et non rĂ©parĂ© . Passer 1 semaine Ă  vider rĂ©guliĂšrement des sceaux d’eau sous l’évier ce n’est pas correct 
 pour le prix louĂ© !

C'est vraiment dommage vacances gĂąchĂ© par la vĂ©tustĂ© et l'insĂ©curitĂ© du logement on a manquĂ© de se blessĂ© sur des chaises cassĂ©, la baie vitrĂ© ne se ferme pas et laisse un jour d'environ 5 cm de chaque cĂŽtĂ© donc impossible de s'isoler du froir on a du dormir avec des chauffage Ă©lectrique Ă  fond je vous raconte mĂȘme pas l'inconfort des nuits la literie es sale et pue et on se fracasse les os dessus les lit superposĂ© sont dangereux ma fille est tombĂ© du haut car matelas pas Ă  la bonne dimension il dĂ©passe du lit donc impossible d'accĂ©der Ă  l'Ă©chelle les prises sorte des murs le lit deux places du salon impossible d'y faire dormir quelqu'un dessus il es pas fixer au mur et menace de se renverser il es mal Ă©quipĂ© pour 8 personne pas un seul plat pour cuisiner il faut demander au voisin on a du Ă©courtĂ© notre sĂ©jour c'Ă©tait impossible de rester plus et on est tous rentrer malade, et bien sur quand on envoie un message au proprio pour lui signaler ce qui est pour nous une arnaque car on a payer une semaine dans un endroit dĂ©labrĂ© et insalubre plus de rĂ©ponse. Je pense qu'il devrait modifiĂ© son l'annonce en mentionnant que le logement est vĂ©tuste ou faire des travaux et changer le mobilier avant de louer donc je vous conseille pas du tout cette location. En espĂ©rant que notre mauvaise expĂ©rience profite au futur.....

Bon sĂ©jour, appartement agrĂ©able pour 6 personnes. MĂȘme si quelques travaux de rĂ©novation serait apprĂ©ciables. 2 trousseaux de clĂ©s pour l'appartement mais un seul BiP pour la porte de l'immeuble ce qui est un peu juste pour 2 familles. Bonne communication avec le gĂ©rant.

Une Ă©toile pour l’emplacement, pour ce qui est du reste appartement Ă  fuir, mal entretenu et vĂ©tuste. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs difficile Ă  joindre. Équipements plus que sommaires pour 8, idĂ©al pour 4. Un seul badge d’accĂšs. Ampoules manquantes, prises dĂ©faillantes, mobilier endommagĂ©.

Appartement trÚs bien situé au centre de la station avec accÚs trÚs rapide au télésiÚge. Il est trÚs fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 8 personnes (2 WC, 2 salles de bains, couchages séparés, lave vaisselle, lave linge...). Cependant la literie des lits superposés est de trÚs mauvaise qualité!!! Le propriétaire a quelques points à changer: ampoules, table basse et chaises cassées,... Et il fait une chaleur atroce dans l'appartement, chauffages éteints!!!! C'est dommage...
