A shame

The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed

The service was excellent all around and we had a great time! The staff was accommodating and made sure we were fully pampered. Shout out to the owner Mr. Lotfi whose impressive sense of hospitality will have me returning soon!

Staycation at Smir Park

Overall It was good staycation with my family. However, the service need some improvement such as the cleaning services, provide porter service to help with the luggage. By the way this is the second time that i come to same hotel because its location, the flats are spacious and well equipped, and very very family friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Loutfi and his team for their support during our stay.

Appartement bien équipé, petite superette dans la résidence tres pratique. Par contre le menage n'est pas fait tres souvent, dommage !! Bel endroit proche de la plage et de l'aquapark, Par contre pas de remise comme le stipule la residence pour pouvoir avoir accès à Aquapark. Séjour qui ne sont pas remboursable en cas d'annulation. Dommage..

Internet issues

The place was beautiful but they had no WiFi. Kept being told they are fixing it. Found out it was broken for over a week. For the cost to stay not having WiFi is ridiculous. This is suppose to be a five star resort. The gas station had WiFi?????

Bon Séjour, Réception a voir!!!

D'abord je tiens a remercier fortement le responsable de la réservation, très serviable, gentil et capacité de résoudre le problème dans la minute. Par contre les réceptionnistes vraiment ont besoin de formation et de stages dans autres établissements avant de les recruter, un certain Monsieur " Badr" vraiment ne mérite pas être en Front office " pas de sourire, il vous regarde pas quand vous lui adresser la parole, un peu agressive et " rude"... les femmes de chambres sont excellentes et la responsable d’étage efficace aussi. Le maitre nageur de la piscine des enfants très très gentil toujours souriant et serviable, a l’année prochaine...

Komfortabeles Appartement in Strandnähe

Urlaub 2018 in Marokko mit Zwei Kinder. Schöne und sauberer Anlage. Der Pool ist etwas zu klein, da sich aber unmittelbar in der Nähe ein Aquapark und der Strand befindet was das völlig ausreichend. In der Anlage waren hauptsächlich einheimische was aber sehr gut war so hat man auch Kontakt und auch Tipps bekommen. Essen kann man in der nächsten Kleinstadt sehr gut und günstig, fünf Minuten mit einem Taxi zwischen 3€ und 6 € haben wir bezahlt.

El hotel estaba en mantenimiento. Lo reservamos por la pileta y estaba vacia. Nos dieron un solo jabon para dos personas para tres dias. No limpian, solo cambian toallas.

不错的酒店

酒店的位置在大海边，阳台就能看见大海，这里的位置好像比较偏僻，不过都是各种大型酒店和度假村，应该是环境比较好，因为是公寓式的酒店，所以里面有厨房，有锅子和厨具可以自己煮饭吃，但是要买菜的话要开车10分钟去旁边的集市，餐厅都在集市附近，前台服务不错，房间也蛮干净的，旁边有配套的水上乐园，夏天的人应该挺多的，估计我们来的时间不对，好像整个酒店没几个人，晚上空荡荡，不过酒店还是不错的，推荐
