"We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. "

"Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. "

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"معاملة الموظفين سيئة وخاصة في المطعم عدم وجود المراوح وعند توفيرها تم تغير المروحة بمروحة عاطلة الموظفين سيئون للغاية ولا يحترمون النزيل المكان ممتاز غير ذلك لايوجد حتى الاسرة والمخدات مستهلكة وتسبب عدم الراحة في النوم لايوجد مكواه "

"الفندق ممتاز ونظيف جداً وعلى حسب سؤالي للموظفين ان الفندق تجدد في 2020 بالكامل وبالنسبة للغرف من ناحية النظافة والاطلالة ممتازة والفطور ايظاً ممتاز وبناسب الجميع وفيه وجبات مختلفة والحماماة نظيفة وممتازة وتناسب العرب بس لايوجد تكييف مثل اغلب فنادق اوروبا نظراً لبرودة الجو اغلب السنة والفندق قريب من التلفريك والزحليقة الصيفية تقريبا اقل من 10 دقايق مشي "
