What an absolute beautiful home! My husband and I stayed for the weekend and I felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The breakfast was delicious every morning and our conversations with Kelly, the inn keeper, was wonderful. We loved hearing the history of this beautiful home!

First time at a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. Cheaper then a hotel and you get an experience of an old time house with a family feel. The breakfast was cooked by the owner and he did an excellent job and was super friendly.

The innkeepers were personable. The property is beautiful. The breakfasts were delicious. Most of all, Abby, Molly, and Cooper are the sweetest animals. The entire experience was great!!!

A gem in Alma

The host is a friendly and interesting guy. (He really knows a lot about music!) The home is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious! It is an old building so you do have a private bathroom but it is across the hall. We really enjoyed the experience!

July 2023 homecoming visit

We appreciated Kelly’s tour of the mansion at check in. His passion for the property, history and what it still offers to the community is contagious. We had a fabulous 2 nights and felt very comfortable sharing this home. My mom, sister and I stayed here on a journey back in time to visit the town we were born and where our mom lived for 8 years. She was a single mom of 6 who had to move out of Michigan after our duplex burned to the ground. I had not been back since I was 4 years old (turned 50 in June). I couldn’t imagine a better homecoming, using Saravilla as our home base to explore the area. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Host was excellent! Breakfast was awesome...(especially the baked french toast.) We had two rooms and they both were nice! One bathroom was across the hall from the room but that did not hinder our stay at all. We felt like we were in a very private home. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the Alma area.
