Great customer service in quiet relaxed setting

"Gentleman at front desk very friendly and accommodating. He remembered my email asking about a first floor room because one of our dogs had surgery and can't do stairs. This was a fabulous location, off the beaten path from I80 but definitely worth the few extra miles. Hotel in a very quiet area in an almost park like setting. A nice change of pace from hotels along I80"
