"Room had all kinds of bugs they must have sprayed some were dead. TV microwave and fridge were not even hooked up. Air conditioner worked. After an 11 hour drive and paying through you made it impossible to go somewhere else. Counter girl felt terrible because her boss got mad over the phone she took pics of bugs I killed and threw in toilet, it was a roach, but there were all kinds of bugs walking around. I have a service dog and there was no place to state that your apartment. ap. So we...

"The hotel was in very poor disrepair. It was very dingy and old. It smelled really bad when we walked in. They were not any decent towels or toiletries. There were no blankets for the bed just a thin sheet. There was drunk loud people outside our room most of the night. All the pillows were extremely flat like a half an inch thick."
