"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy.
We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. We were told to “speak to Expedia” instead of fixing anything.
For health and safety reasons, we had to decline the stay and leave immediately.

"Hotel close to the beach. Breakfast was really good. Nice staff. Bed was not comfortable. The mattress was caving in which was not good for my back. With the heat, staff didn't provide a fresh shower towel."
