"Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9 All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people"

"Anthony is an excellent host, and the apartment suits perfectly for a short stay in Valencia! Situated right next to (behind) CC. Arenas is also very convenient. Check in was smooth and easy! Kitchen facilities are good and as described/pictured. Nice touch with the courtesy basket featuring sachets of coffee, salt, sugar, oil and also little magdalenas! There's isn't a wine bottle opener though (or, not that I found), but this was no problem for us as I always bring my own on a self-catering...

"My wife and I stayed in Carles’s, ‘Valencia : Beautiful apartment in the beach’ and without doubt it was everything and more than we expected it to be. The host, Carles, met us upon arrival and could not have been more helpful, despite his lack of English (used translator) answered all our queries and even though it was late at night drove us around the local area pointing out restaurants, bus stops, taxis and supermarkets which are all about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. "Everything was as advertised and the location is superb. We were a little worried about lack of airco but the through breezes made the apartment very pleasant most of the time. There were a couple of evenings when it got hot but there were free standing fans and a ceiling fan so it wasn’t a problem.
