Really hard beds but the staff was nice

The beds were extremely hard, which kinda ruined the whole stay. The hotel is also quite old. The breakfast was not great. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

Si lo escoges te arrepentirás

El peor Hotel, que he estado en mi vida. Lo escogimos porque decía que tenía piscina, pero no es cierto. En recepción nadie hablaba inglés y resulta imposible entenderse. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba. Al final consiguieron conectarme mi teléfono pero no el de mi esposa. La habitación es diminuta con camas de 80 × 1 80 y colchones viejos. El aire acondicionado antiguo hacía un ruido ensordecedor, pero si lo desconectabas te asabas. La televisión antigua tampoco funcionó. El baño ridículamente pequeño y parecido al que tenía mi abuela. Este Hotel tuvo esplendor los años 60 y ahora esta totalmente desfasado. Cuando llegamos una pareja de alemanes se marchaba viendo el estado; eso debimos haber hecho nosotros.
Apenas si se puede pasar entre la cama de 80 cm y el mueble del viejo televisor. El aire acondicionado de cassette hace un ruido infernal
Apenas se hay sitio para sentarse en el inodoro
La dejadez y decadencia está en todos los detalles.

パンフィロフ公園すぐ近くのホテル

パンフィロフ公園のすぐ近くなので、ゼンコフ正教会もすぐ近くとなります。ｺｸﾄﾍﾞﾊﾟｰｸへのﾛｰﾌﾟｳｪｲ乗り場までも何とか歩いていけました。空港までのタクシーも1800ﾃﾝｹﾞぐらいで手配もしてくれました。

Going to have to pay double

We prepaid at the time of our booking. On arrival to the hotel they wouldn’t believe us. Dont use this service. There is such poor communication, loss of booking, and inability to unstand how booking online works.

Very old hotel, nice location but expensive pickup

The hotel charged me USD 38 for hotel pick. That is 12,500 tenge. The average rate is 3,000 tenge. I took Uber going back to airport and costed me 2,000 tenge. I complained about it but reception said that was their contract with the supplier. They should know better and arranged for a fair costing. It was too late for me to decline bec driver was in the airport already and it was immediate booking. Hotel facade was far from the pictures. It is a very old hotel with old design and furnitures. Good things about the hotel are location and is a bit clean. This is not value for money.
