お客さんに勧められ宿泊。予約時は心配でしたが、宿泊して良かったです。立地は、地下鉄駅、飲食店、スーパー、両替屋など近く、一方でうるさくなく、過ごしやすかったです。夜間も問題なく歩けます。ドライヤーは古く、ベッドカバーも年季を感じましたが、部屋は清潔で暖かく、問題ありません。（スーペリア宿泊）バルコニー付きで外でタバコも吸えるタイプ。朝ごはんはコーヒーと卵料理は、伝えると作ってくれました。パサパサのパンなど改善の余地はあるものの私は充分でした。街中は美味しい各国のレストランで溢れてます。地下にある中華レストランも美味しいです。

繁華街に近い便利なホテルでした。部屋はソビエト時代のオフィスビルを改装したような感じで、 部屋に入るとベッドが丸見えだったので少し戸惑いましたがすぐに慣れました。 朝食会場も綺麗で空いていてとても落ち着いた滞在が出来ました。

Third stay and it was excellent

"Excellent service from all the 'Team' and tremendous help when we needed it." "We spent in total 5 nights here on a second visit since we previously came in 2016. Our stay was supposed to have been 4 nights but our flight back home was cancelled and the Hotel Staff really went out of there way to help me rectify the 'problem' and get my wife and I re-booked on the next flight, then finding a room for the additional night we were to spend here.. If we come back to Almaty again this hotel would be our first choice. All in all the Staff or Team have been totally professional and helpful during all our visits here and I would heartily recommend this hotel for a stay in Almaty. Rooms towards the rear are quieter"

街の中心にある小綺麗で快適なホテル

割と街の中心に位置し便利なロケーション。夜でも人通りがあり割と安心して歩けます。部屋は新しいとは言えないが小綺麗でシャワーなどもお湯の出もよく、またアコモも充分でした。フロントの対応も良く、付いていた朝食もオムレツを作ってくれたり結構良かった。

Great hotel located near center of the city

My family and I didn't know what to expect coming to a hotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It turned out to be a great decision. Rooms were very nice, although not what was shown in the picture. Each room had a balcony attached. All employees were nice and helpful, and most spoke enough English to help. Breakfast was included and personally thought was better than our included breakfast in St. Petersburg Russia, last leg of our trip, and Moscow's hotel which didn't have a breakfast included. There was cereal, delicious meats and fish to choose, and freshly made eggs of your choice. Location in the center of the city was pretty useful as well. We were not far from some of Almaty's top parks, including their central park and 28 Guardsmen Park. I would say the only negative thing about the hotel was the front door was on the side of the building down an alley way, off of the main road. So locating the hotel the first time was somewhat difficult, but once you knew where it was, it was easy to find. the front of the building is a coffee house, which is where the included breakfast was, and a Chinese Restaurant downstairs. Overall, I was very satisfied with Hotel Voyage and would recommend this to anyone searching for a hotel in Almaty, whether friends/family or strangers.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und sprach auch englisch. Es war bei jedweder Fragestellung behilflich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles in allem konnten wir eine tolle Zeit in Almaty verbringen, welche wir mit Skifahren und Saunieren verbrachten.
