Besonders übel war, dass die Agentur sich einfach nicht gemeldet und auch nicht auf meine Anfragen reagiert hat. "Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift.
