The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. "Great place for a large group to stay Plenty of accommodation and very comfortable We had a couple of issues which were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The whole place is well suited to a large group. The pool was excellent My only complaint was that some things were a little tired and maybe didn’t function as well as they should but this did not detract to what was a very enjoyable stay. "Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back."

"This house is just perfect! It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday in Spain. Rosa María and Javier are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine, they made our stay become a wonderful experience. "Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Villa Casa Segunda and would love to return."

"De villa was in perfecte staat, super schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaar verliep vlot en efficiënt. Afstand naar het centrum van Valencia en het strand was iets langer dan wij hadden verwacht."

"Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station. There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals. There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town. Overall a good place to stay in Valencia."

"An easy to find hotel, just off the motorway. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Check in was quick and easy. There is a pool, but we didn’t use it, but lots of sunbeds around for use. Also just a short walk to the beach. Our room was in the third floor - there is a lift - and was very quiet. Nice to have a reasonable size balcony with umbrella as well. There is a courtyard bar and restaurant, and the food was great. Would recommend and would stay here again."
