Entramos un poco antes de tiempo , pero tiene que mejorar los complementos básicos.Fue fácil contactar con el dueño pero me dijeron que en una semana arreglarían el televisor , me iba a quedar más días pero por lo dicho antes me hospedo en otro lugar."

"The apartment was comfortable and at a great location. HOWEVER the water heater was not working, water was freezing cold, decided to heat some water on the range to wash up and it didn't work either! I messaged owner and did not get a response until the next day at 10:00 a.m., after we had already checked out. It was a shame, the building and apartment has a lot of character and we would have enjoyed it if it wasnt for not being able to shower!"

"We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy apartment. It is a perfect location within walking distance from the historical center of Madrid, and there are lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The host Israel is super helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions you might have. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. There are just a couple of things we'd like to mention. We did notice a slight smell, probably because it's winter and wet season, but it's nothing too major. The apartment...

"The unit was clean, nicely renovated and located in centric Madrid I needed an unit in a building with elevators which was confirmed by the property manager via chat Reality was that once the elevator got to the unit floor you still need to walk some 12 additional stair steps to get to the unit front door which made my wife overwork her weak legs This should have been included in the unit description and in the response from the manager Thus my rating 4 rather than 5"
