Hay un súper para los víveres en frente lo que es muy conveniente. Solo tuvimos el detalle de que uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba pero nos comunicamos con los administradores y se ofrecieron a mandar al técnico. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien!"

"While the customer service was superb, the room itself was disappointing. It smelled musty, especially in the bathroom which had water damage on the wall, the shower was very dark, one of the two windows opened into the lobby (so was pretty useless for sunlight and fresh air) and lastly there was so cell phone service OR wifi (wifi is provided in the room but never worked). "Room was clean but main door to building was broken, plus upon arrival the code received from Expedia was not working to open the apt door. Upon WhatsApp message from we were able to get the crew code in about 30 mins. Also next morning they sent workers to fix the main door and there was a ton of construction noise and banging because of it. When we notified the WhatsApp number they said they didn’t know what it was and never responded back . Ruined a good sleep."

You do have to go up a flight of stairs inside the apartment to reach the terrace but it is worth it!! Location is central to everything but the apartment is private and very quiet.
