Sehr gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussdistanz, Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. WC/Dusche sauber Küche: Eine Grundreinigung (Kochherd, Kaffeemaschine, Pfannen etc.) wird empfohlen. Eher knapp: 1 Kaffeelöffel Schlafzimmer sauber
