We contacted the host to request a different room or a possible refund, but never received a response. As a result, we did not end up staying in the room at all. The check-in process was also extremely frustrating and poorly organized. "Really loud neighbors. Even after complaining, disruptions didn’t end."

"It was clean, bed was very comfy, pretty easy access to city center and beautiful parks nearby. A bit of quiet after a busy day."

"Great great great "

"A bit of an extra walk to all sites but a quiet location with excellent river views. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. Would stay again."

"Amazing place to stay, close to public transport, easy to get to basically anywhere"

"It’s good but I don’t recommend the rooms on the level 0 because no air conditioning "

"Great place to stay. Central to so much. Be aware these apartments are run by a hotel and the hotel staff is not amazing. You can barely get in touch with anyone prior to you arrival."

"El apartamento está impecable y con todo lo que una familia necesita cerca de transporte público y restaurantes. Al frente está en construcción la vía de tren por lo que está cerrado y te cobran una tarifa aparte de 75 euros de impuestos para darte el acceso a la habitación"

"Good location for Amsterdam East. Very clean, perfect size for 4 people spending most of their time out and about. Very good value for money"

"The front door was unsecured the entire stay. Thankfully my room had its own door lock, but that did little to help me sleep at night."

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. The parking was very conveniently located on the property. The property was stocked very well. When we requested a fan, the owner immediately brought one to us! Overall a very good experience! We would definitely return. "
