"Great ski in ski out location "

"Great stay at Matt's condo just for our small family. Note that it doesn't have a stove but do have a microwave and utensils - great for a quick breakfast to hit the slopes. "

"Cabin was cozy, loved the fire and rustic over all feel. The back patio overlooking the stream was so relaxing even though we didn’t get to sit out there! The lovely snow made up for it. Only one note-not a complaint, very limited WiFi speed and no cell service. Actually helped me unplug for a while but important to note if you need to have a connection for work or any other reason. "

"Stayed for a short visit and loved it! The location is great to use as a home base for side trips to Salida, Monarch Mountain or even destinations in the San Luis Valley. Comfortable, beautiful lodging and good for kids as well with the creek and little playground and sand box on the property."

"This property is in a great location. A few miles from Monarch for great skiing and plenty of trails for snowshoeing in the area. We also love the close proximity of Salida, our favorite mountain town. Beautiful accommodations and private hot tub cannot be beat!"

"Great spot between monarch and Salida. Hot tub worked great. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub not as private as the picture implies. Highway quite loud (woke kids up several times). Internet spotty at best. Kitchen had pots/pans/ dishes but zero condiments. Hard to prepare your own meals with nothing to add (ie olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc). It would be impossible to cook many meals there unless you brought your own spices and condiments. Found it odd since that’s part of the draw to...

"Lovely rental property, and well stocked throughout. While on the airstrip, we only saw one plane land over the Fourth of July (and my kids thought it was great fun!). We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in the house and would definitely stay again!"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice now during the summer and it’s amazing each time. The staff is always so kind and friendly. They have helped make our stay special this time around and we are so thankful. We never have any issues and love the location as everything close by is within walking distance.
