Spacious semi-detached villa with fantastic sea views, located in the Los Pinos development within the exclusive Las Gaviotas complex, which consists of 10 homes sharing a large communal pool (8 x 16 m) and surrounding gardens. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your stay, as the property is situated in an elevated area offering magnificent views and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach is just 2 minutes away by car and about 15 minutes on foot; however, the return walk is quite steep, so using a car is advised.



The house is spread over 3 levels. On the street level, you’ll find the entrance, a bedroom (1 double bed and one single), and a bathroom with shower. The second floor features a spacious living room with large windows opening onto the terrace and excellent sea views, a large open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, induction hob, oven, etc.), a guest toilet, and the large terrace with pergola, dining area, and several sun loungers—perfect for outdoor meals while enjoying sea and mountain views and the tranquility of the area.



On the upper floor, there is the main bedroom with a terrace and wonderful sea views, en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms, and another bathroom. All beds are doubles. The entire house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Parking is available both on the property and on the street.
