nice place to enjoy and relax

with a pleasure, we enjoyed the stay in this beautiful apartment, with a huge terrace and great view. It close to a comfortable beach, reachable in a couple of walking minutes. A car is needed in order to reach city life, central restaurants and shopping locations.

Fantastic Apartment

The large terrace and sea views from the apartment are fantastic. This really makes this a special property for a holiday. The bedrooms were surprisingly spacious and the property generally well equipped. We had great weather - a bonus.

Loved this apartment! The check in process was easy and well organised! They’d left us goody bags.. even dog biscuits!! As we were there over Christmas they’d also left decorations and a couple of bottles!! Very impressed. Highly recommend

Amazing view with peace and quiet

The property has an exceptional view over the bay, it is extremely quiet, and ideal for a very relaxing stay. Some items needed replacing due to wear and tear, but this is in hand by the owners.

Modern spacious apartment in a quiet location

A well equipped apartment that was ideal for two couples as there are two shower rooms. Good location for exploring the coast and inland areas. The terrace is enormous and has great views. Some very good local restaurants are within walking distance. Underground secure parking was appreciated. Highly recommended

Wonderful home from home

We arrived and were met with the stunning view from the apartment and the gorgeous terrace. The apartment has easy access to the beach (shingle and sand) down a wooded path and good restaurants and beach chiringuitos within walking distance. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The apartment was quiet at night with lovely comfy beds. Francesca was great at answering all our questions and came to meet us on the day of our arrival. It was really such a wonderful holiday- we will be back!

Could not have found a better place

This unit has everything - amenities, views, proximity, nature. Very clean, has everything one would need. The views are breathtaking, you basically have your own park and a beach (or two), garage space, security. We loved every minute of it, especially hanging out on an oversized terrace. Location is quiet but spectacular, mostly Spanish crowd, so very friendly and fun. The beaches nearby are spectacular and shallow enough for a 7 year old. Short walk to a promenade by the long sandy city beach with tons of cafes, entertainment and parking. We are coming back for sure. Thank you!

Lovely Modern Holiday Apartment with Sun Terrace and Enviable View!

We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse apartment in this attractive and modern development, which offers a pool and incredible sun drenched terrace for 2 months. The apartment is exactly as depicted, it did not disappoint! Extremely comfortable, very well equipped and in a fantastic location with beautiful views, gorgeous beach, restaurants and nature walks right on your doorstep. We could not have wanted for anything as the owner was extremely helpful and attentive and always checked that we were happy and sufficiently taken care of. It was extremely secure with private parking and key only access into the gated community and facilities. It really felt like a home away from home and we enjoyed discovering this little haven of Almuñéca and the trail walks and beaches it had on offer.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt da der Strand nur durch einen kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen ist.Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war immer freundlich und jederzeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir kommen wieder.

Wir, 4 Erwachsene haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinweisen möchte ich auf die besonders gute Betreuung vor Ort, die zu jeder Zeit für uns ansprechbar war. Die Qualität der Wohnung und besonders die sehr schöne große Terasse haben uns sehr überzeugt, wir können diese Quartier nur weiterempfehlen. Zwei kleine Mängel am Ende unserer Bewertung, die aber unseren Urlaub nicht beeinflusst haben. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen sollte ein Handtuchwechsel möglich sein und das Internet in der Wohnung ist nicht stabil, wir hatten fast jeden Tag eine Unterbrechung von 10-30 Minuten.

Apartamento con todo tipo de detalles, Francesca muy amable interesándose en que esté todo correcto o si hay alguna necesidad. El apartamento muy nuevo, terraza enorme y unas vistas espectaculares, aún siendo diciembre y no haciendo muy buen tiempo hemos estado muy bien. Repetiremos seguro.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Die Penthousewohnung liegt sehr schön. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem großen offenen Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereich ist sie perfekt aufgeteilt. Über den riesigen Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer. Der Strand liegt einem vor den Füßen und auch einen Pool gibt es. In der Garage kann man sein Auto parken und mit dem Lift zur Wohnung gelangen. Die Vermieterin ist super und hat sich auch während des Aufenthaltes nach unserem Befinden erkundet. Insgesamt wirklich top.

In den anderen Bewertungen ist schon alles gesagt :-) Wir reisen viel und eigentlich nie zweimal in dieselbe Unterkunft. Aber dieses Mal konnten wir nicht anders und haben auch für 2023 gebucht. Vermisst haben wir eigentlich nur eine kleine Grillecke oder vielleicht eine Hängematte, aber das ist Kritik auf ganz hohen Niveau. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Unterkunft, wir freuen uns schon auf 2023 :-)

Spitzenappartement

Modernes, großzügiges Appartement mit riesiger Dachterrasse und wunderschönem Meerblick. Zudem äußerst ruhig gelegen, es führt nur die Anliegerstraße vorbei. 5 Min. den Hügel hinab geht es durch einen neu angelegten Park zu einer kleinen Badebucht. Alternativ kann man sich im schönen, sauberen Pool der Anlage erfrischen. An den Stränden In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute (Fisch)Restaurants. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen, zu empfehlen, da die größeren Einkaufsmärkte in Almunecar einige Kilometer entfernt liegen und auch keine Bäckerei o.ä. direkt vor Ort ist. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz mit Aufzug zur Wohnung ist vorhanden. Unsere freundliche Gastgeberin Francesca hat sich bei Bedarf um alles gekümmert. Normalerweise besuchen wir den selben Ort nie zweimal, aber diese Appartement könnte die erste Ausnahme werden.
