"The breakfast buffet was excellent, but I had a bad experience where I stayed at room 417. I locked the hotel door before I went to bed. Next day morning before going for breakfast, I unlocked the door but it does not open at all. Even if I pressed or forced it very hard, it won’t still open at all. "Beds are weird. They have a top thin little mattress that kept sliding and beds are connected. Although, beds were comfortable. It seems to be much simpler and safer if they had 2 American twin beds. Breakfast area was a long walk instead of centered within the hotel. Staff was excellent! "
