The house is just a 10 minute drive from Alnwick, a market town with lots of attractions including the Alnwick Gardens and Castle, which features in the Harry Potter films. If you are lucky enough to be in the area at the right time, there is a traditional market square with farmer's markets and on certain dates, food festivals!
When you step out the door of the cottage, you will find yourself in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside with farmland all around and some wonderful walks - make a reasonable trek to the next village, Rennington, where you will find a quaint little pub to enjoy a cold pint.

Outside is a wendy house and children’s play area, as well as a dining area to sit in the sun, you can even see the sea glinting in the distance over the fields.

The kitchen, dining and living space has level access and 13 stairs to the first floor. There is a parking space for two cars, directly outside.
The front entrance has level access. The outdoor space has stepped access. Externally, there is a front and rear garden with stepped access.
