"This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. "

"Overall - we really enjoyed our stay. We had a two bedroom end unit, so the views of the sunrise and beach were magnificent. It was spacious and felt clean (although we did come across a couple of cockroaches). The building is older, but the place has been updated. Good water pressure. Solid washer/dryer. All the amenities we needed. Not a far Uber ride from the wharf/boardwalk area with many restaurants (typically cost us around $10AUD and less than 10 minutes to get there). Everyone was...

"Located right opposite the esplanade, the apartment whilst an older style has everything you could need. Separate lounge and bedroom, easy access to the pool and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The internet is a little slow during peak times, however that is typical of the area and not property specific. Communication was a breeze with a mobile provided and secure 24x7 checkin."

"We looked for a place where a family with a 5 year old and an 8 year old could relax and unwind, and we were right. While it is within walking distance to downtown, the area is very quiet. The rooms are on the first floor, so you can't enjoy a good view, but that is more than compensated for by the balcony, which is larger than the rooms on other floors. The facilities and tableware that came with the room also showed a lot of thought and consideration for us users. We are so glad we chose this...
