"Not sure how this qualifies as a 4 star. Reception works during a certain schedule only, and after 8PM we cannot communicate with anyone, e.g. the AC remote control was not working, hence we had to sleep without being able to adjust the temperature!"

We loved the place, the decor, the setting, the views, the service, etc. Folegandros is a very unique place in the Cyclades--with the cutest and most authentic village--and experiencing it while staying at Onar was truly amazing. "Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The beach is very secluded and has an amazing view. The room is perfectly clean and well stocked with everything. The host was absolutely fantastic and helped me get transfers everywhere I needed to go. The restaurant provide delicious breakfast and fresh fish everyday, as well the local ingredients ca be found in their meals.It was the perfect vacation spot!"

"4 night stop. Owner collected us from Port, views from hotel are outstanding, room large and in excellent condition. Restaurants nearby, IF you hire car/moped etc then even better but not essential unless you have children. We will return"

"Vardia Bay has an incredible view of the port from the front and a beautiful secluded beach at the back. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. "

"The owners are really nice however the bed was so uncomfortable and I woke up everyday with a sore neck and back (doesn’t usually happen so easily for me). Didn’t like that there was only one sheet on the bed & no blankets. Showers are really tiny & didn’t like the cleaner coming in and re-arranging all our stuff especially when the towels werent changed so I didn’t see a point of a cleaner coming. "
