"Wonderful stay for our hockey team in Alpena. Perfect location and the hot tub came in handy after games (in addition to the cold lake plunge) Will definitely stay again! Josh was super helpful and kind in the moments we thought the tournament was going to be cancelled and was willing to refund us. Great property for a big group!"

"The setting was beautiful! The kitchen sink and shower were so disgusting, we went to town for cleanser and cleaned them before we could use them. The refrigerator was dirty and had other peoples food (condiments etc) in it. There were cob webs with spiders and eggs under the table in the living room. We only stayed 2 nights of our three booked. There wasn't a can opener or toaster in the kitchen. There were also two gun safes in our cabin! "
