The staff was welcoming and the hotel was clean. It is very old but that is part of the charm. We stayed up in the studio and you do need to carry your bags up a couple flights of stairs but the room is great.

Arrived late and did not have the opportunity to explore much, but really enjoyed the ambience of this clean historic hotel. Desk attendent, Reign, was a sweetheart and took very good care of a couple of weary travelers, with recommendations and a room switch due to faulty heater in room #1. Will be back when bar/restaurant are open after remodel.

The room was great. the character and history of the hotel is great. staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor courtyard needs some decluttering. It seemed a little too shabby. We wish the restaurant had been open. We hope next time these two areas are improved.

Its a beautiful period hotel with charm and history. It was hard to look past the old walls and doors. The bedding and towels were very clean. However the bed mattress was old with springs that leaned when getting on it. The staff was very nice.

Amazing stay

The bed was super comfortable no problems with noise seeing the passenger Amtrak was amazing never seen one before didn’t even use the earplugs overall an amazing stay

Comfortable room with cool vibe and easy access to several restaurants. Parking somewhat limited. Thankfully they DO provide ear plugs to help with the train that runs right next to the hotel.

The hotel is historic and lovely. The clerk was friendly; however, they do not offer any amenities or services. There are no ice machines, vending machines, etc., and the clerk is off duty at 8 pm. They give the appearance that they do not want to be bothered by the guests and offer nothing special. The internet was also weak, and the room did not have a desk or chair.
