"The log cabin style of exterior is always a hit, the guy at the counter at 8:30 pm called be by name before I even said who I was ,then the key code to the room was my last 4 of my pH # ( I thought that was genius). My room was much more than I expected as I had just booked 2 bed for 3 guests.Don't know if I was up graded or just lucky but my room had 2 bedrooms, kitchen that was fully equipped, coffee maker & coffee, micro, full size refer with Ice maker full of ice ect...... clean bathroom.Kinda wish I wasn't leaving the next morning. I can't think of any negative's.
HAPPY CAMPER"
Since 1988, Rancho Alegre Lodge embraces the spirit of Jackson Hole
10/10 Excellent
"We could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married than Rancho Alegre Lodge. We spent several days here with our closest friends and family, and it quickly felt like home.Rancho Alegre is so much more than a beautiful property. It has a history, character, and soul that you simply can’t recreate. It was such a privilege to stay somewhere that has held so many stories and memories long before we arrived, and now knowing that a tiny piece of our own story is part of that history makes it even more special. It’s also rare to find a place in Jackson that still feels so deeply rooted in being a family business. That personal connection and care are something you can feel throughout the property. Anne was wonderful to work with, and Rex, her nephew and the property manager, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible, close enough to Jackson for anything you need, but once you’re back at the lodge, you feel wonderfully removed from everything. The mountains, open space, quiet, and animals make it feel like your own little world. Our guests were completely blown away, and the animals were an absolute highlight for everyone.Rancho Alegre became so much more than the place we stayed for our wedding. It became part of our story, and it will always hold a little piece of us. We feel incredibly lucky to have called it home for a few days and already cannot wait to come back and visit."
"This is such a cozy, beautiful place tucked in the woods. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay here. Beautiful big deck, trees all around."
Cozy Woodland Escape: Scenic Cabin Retreat in Alpine, WY
10/10 Excellent
"Great little spot. Easy and convenient. Grocery store was only like 4 min away. We stayed here while visiting Grand Teton park. With traffic it took 1-1:20 to get there. Saw a bear and her cubs crossing the road during the commute. The drive is beautiful. My only complaint would be the lack of a curtain on bathroom window and no curtains in upstairs room. We had everything we needed. There is a drip coffee maker and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Enjoyed our stay very much."
