"We had booked very last minute, due to horse show in VT getting cancelled, and we decided to do a show in Saratoga area instead. Being one of the first guests to stay here, and not having any reviews to read, we were apprehensive, but were so pleasantly surprised. The cottage appears to be recently updated, so all appliances, furniture, and decor is in new condition. It was very clean, which is most important to me. I could tell the owners went the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable....

"This place is awesome. We weren't there much as it was parents weekend for RPI but it was so great to come back to a house with a hot tub and sauna. I thought we would use the pool table but the weekend ended up too busy to invite friends over. Super comfortable and beautiful."

"1. Host was in communication throughout booking till end of stay. 2. Host let us check in early, im sure tough to guarantee all the time, but with 2x kids and 4 hour drive this was huge. 3. Property was as advertised I would stay the living dining area open concept very clean modern all updated 4. This location is lake living in a perfectly central located area you can take Route 9 along lake saratoga for 15 min up to the track or go 1/2 down the road to Browns beach for swimming and ice cream...
