Good room -very clean . Nice to have a canal view .The Spa pool was fabulous. The hotel felt quite basic however for a 4 star hotel . Village Hotel Warrington
Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!

The Queen at Chester Hotel, BW Premier Collection
Room very clean, beds very comfortable. Only criticism is the bathroom could do with an upgrade (stayed im a family room). Air conditioning effective and easy to work.
