"We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there."

The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...
