"I never heard from the owner so after 2 attempts at communication had to call Expedia. They could not make contact either. In the end on the day I arrived in Castello they still could not make contact. I had to re-book a new place to stay very quickly. I have since had a message to my in-box at Expedia that appeared on the day I was supposed to check-in to the property after I'd re-booked elsewhere saying I did not meet age requirements! I am 53 years old."
