"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"

"Alll ok until heavy wind pull the massive window wide open just about to fly away . No explanation given why we have this room basically with no locking system in place knowing we have kids in that room . Obviously no refund given or apologies as we been getting to different rooms as nothing happened Overall hotel is not bad but needs just a touch of maintenance "

"The Management has an outstanding costumer service because he goes far and behind to ensure safety of his customers. I would recommend anyone to experience the beauty of small town Schio. The public transportation to big cities is available by train. The quiet town has many coffee shops with fine coffee, hot chocolate and pastries. The pizza and food is tasty. The hotel room is very clean with a good breakfast. The surrounding mountain is beautiful. You can walk or run and experience the beautiful surroundings.
