Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. La porte était impossible à ouvrir et j’ai finalement dû...
