The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a utility area, while the spacious and bright living room opens directly onto the terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, elevator, and self check-in.



Step out onto your private covered terrace, furnished with a dining area and comfortable sofas, accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in the same clean condition as on arrival, except for sheets and towels, or a final cleaning supplement will apply for an extra fee. On arrival, you will receive a list of community rules to observe during your stay.
