Newly built apartment building in the port of Altefähr on Rügen. Located directly on the strait between Rügen and the mainland. From the apartment you have a fascinating view of the water. It is modern and of high quality, has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The equipment of this special apartment leaves nothing to be desired. With an elevator you can easily reach the apartment from the ground floor.

Super Ferienwohnung - das beste, was wir jemals gefunden haben
Eine sehr exklusive Ferienwohnung mit vielen tollen Designs und Ausstattung. Der Ausblick ist sehr gut. Auto Parkplatz im carport. Zentrale Lage direkt am Strand und Hafen, beides in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Fähre nach Stralsund fährt 200m vom Haus ab. Ferienwohnung ist in der 1. Etage und bietet sehr viel Platz und Ruhe. Sie ist ihr Geld wert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen.
Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut um Ausflüge auf der Insel zu unternehmen. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die geschäftige Marina ist sehr schön. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um gut zu kochen. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes neuwertiges Haus. Sehr ruhig. Carport vorhanden. Im Haus ist ein schönes Eiscafe. Nebenan ist ein Fischimbiß und eine Bar. Mit der Fähre ist man in 15 Minuten in Stralsund.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und der Ausblick auf Stralsund top, der Hafen und Strand vor der Tür ist schön für Kurze Spaziergänge. Die Einrichtung ist gut, Sauberkeit war okay. Besser sein könnte die Ausstattung der Küche, hier muss nachgebessert werden. Die Pfannen waren leider nicht brauchbar, Geschirr teils angedellert und es fehlt etwas Grundausstattung. Die Agentur haben wir darüber informiert und sie wollen nachbessern. Ein Duschvorleger im Bad, zwei Handtücher mehr pro Person im Paket und ein Küchenhandtuch wären wünschenswert, das war leider nicht enthalten. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Für uns war die Lage super, ruhig und mit dem Auto alles prima erreichbar.
