"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."

"4 nights stay in Trend Hotel and it was quite functional and well located. Best part is the service and the staff were all very polite and accomodating every day. Gabriella in the moser restaurant was our favourite, always cheerful and so very kind. The breakfast was fabulous and we thought this is a strong point for the hotel. Thank you we will stay again someday"

"Reported that the safe didn’t work or the larger light fittings on first evening of stay. Reported again the next evening as no one had been to look. Member of staff came with instruction on use and looked at safe told it was batteries and they would be replaced. Came with batteries and it was actual safe not working was told that maintenance would replace the safe. Next can’t replace the safe but can move room we were catching an early morning train to Salzburg so couldn’t move room. Disappointed that had no safe and had to carry valuables every where each day. If safe had been checked first day moving rooms would not have been an issue. Feel that rooms being prepared for new guests should not only be cleaned but checked for working lights and safe etc before arrival."
