"The staff, room, etc. were great. Had it been any other time of year, the hotel would have been great, especially for the price. But the extremely high temperatures and lack of a/c made it impossible for us to stay all 3 nights. They gave us an extra fan for our room on request, but it wasn’t enough in the extreme temperatures. They said next year (2027) they would be getting a/c installed. Also, no laundry services on site."

"The location was great. It was very quiet and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the underground as well as the hop-on-hop-off bus at Schoenbrunn. There weren't facilities commonly provided elsewhere, such as a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities/kettle, which we missed. We did enjoy the air conditioning!"

"Great for the price. Clean room, nice bathroom (including a tub shower—a respectable one at that) functioning television, friendly staff. Daily housekeeping is a nice touch. We were there in a heatwave, so the AC was not the *best*. Only reason it’s not a 4."
