"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left.

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie.
Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte.
Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen.
Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett.
Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos...

"Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen.Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut.Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen und es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant.
Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it.
Breakfast was OK."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
